William Bache and Co are considered to be amongst the leaders in the field of lawyers dealing with cases of false allegations of child abuse.

They offer support, advice and legal representation for parents and carers and should be your first consideration when faced with such a crisis.
Cases can be extremely harrowing and complex but their expertise and contacts with expert witnesses and other agencies give them a leading edge in offering this highly specialised service.
They act for parents or carers in certain circumstances where the Local Authority are seeking a Care Order in relation to a child or children.
If a matter has progressed through the Family Court to final hearing and an adverse finding against the parent(s) or Carer(s) has been made which states that, on the balance of probabilities they did cause harm to their child, then they are often instructed to appeal that finding.

The Firm

The firm of William Bache & Co. was formed as a niche practice in July 2005 to deal principally with matters in the Criminal and Family Courts with particular emphasis on defending parents or carers accused of causing harm to their children.
The firm is continuing the work which has been built up steadily by Mr. Bache over many years.

The Team

Our team is made up of dedicated staff, many of whom have worked with Mr Bache at previous firms and have now joined him at William Bache & Co. The workforce has grown to deal with the increasing demand from people who believe they have suffered a miscarriage of justice.
Mr. Bache also has expertise in Military Law having represented Service personnel for over 30 years in relation to interviews under caution, Courts Martial and redress of complaint.

William Bache's profile was raised both nationally and internationally when he was asked to represent Angela Cannings, a Salisbury mother who was accused of murdering two of her infant children. That case went on to become the catalyst which instigated the biggest shake up in English Law for many years and resulted in many similar cases being reviewed by the Attorney General.
