William Bache and Co are considered to be amongst the leaders in the field of lawyers dealing with cases of false allegations of child abuse. They offer support, advice and legal representation for parents and carers and should be your first consideration when faced with such a crisis. The Firm The firm of William Bache & Co. was formed as a niche practice in July 2005 to deal principally with matters in the Criminal and Family Courts with particular emphasis on defending parents or carers accused of causing harm to their children. The Team Our team is made up of dedicated staff, many of whom have worked with Mr Bache at previous firms and have now joined him at William Bache & Co. The workforce has grown to deal with the increasing demand from people who believe they have suffered a miscarriage of justice.
William Bache has spent over 30 years in the law the majority of that time as a Partner with a provincial practice, specialising in criminal work; child care and courts martial matters. William Bache's profile was raised both nationally and internationally when he was asked to represent Angela Cannings, a Salisbury mother who was accused of murdering two of her infant children. That case went on to become the catalyst which instigated the biggest shake up in English Law for many years and resulted in many similar cases being reviewed by the Attorney General.
Commenced working for Bill in 1989 as a Legal Assistant. For many years she advised clients at the police station upon arrest following which she ran the Crown Court Department.
Kath Began to work for Bill as his secretary in 1996. Since that time her knowledge and experience has grown to the extent that she now provides invaluable assistance both in administrative and legal support for the team.
Joanne joined Bill's former firm at a young age as an assistant in the accounts department and her potential to learn was quickly recognised. Joanne was given training and in a few years was promoted to Senior Legal Cashier. Bill felt her skills would be of wider value to William Bache & Co and she now plays a vital part in our team.
John was an Inspector with the Hampshire Constabulary and has latterly been a Probation Service Officer.
Rachel studied for her LLB (Hons) at Plymouth University, she then graduated in 2005 and attended the BVC in Bristol and was called to the Bar in 2006.
Zara started working for a local travel agent straight from school where she worked for six years. Zara was looking for a more challenging role and in December 2006 joined our team. |
